As a FLOW Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding participants through low-impact recovery workouts that enhance mobility, flexibility, and overall movement ability. Workout Description: FLOW is an innovative 30-minute class focused on improving mobility and recovery. This low-impact workout features a series of 18 fluid exercises, performed without rest in between, for a full-body stretch and movement enhancement. Each exercise is done for 90 seconds and is displayed on screens for participants to follow along. Whether you're a fitness beginner or an athlete, FLOW is designed to support recovery and increase flexibility and stability.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Class Instruction: Lead the 30-minute FLOW class, providing clear instructions and maintaining a motivating atmosphere.

Demonstration & Guidance: Demonstrate each exercise, offer modifications, and ensure correct technique for participants of all fitness levels.

Safety & Form: Monitor participants to ensure proper form and technique, minimizing injury risk.

Setup & Breakdown: Ensure the studio is prepped before and after each session, keeping the space safe and clean.

Engagement: Build rapport with participants to foster a supportive and motivating community.

Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date on mobility trends, introducing new techniques to enrich the class experience.

Promotion: Promote the FLOW class both in-studio and on social media to increase participation and community engagement.

Class Frequency: Lead a minimum of 2 classes per week.
Requirements:

Certifications: Relevant fitness certification in mobility, flexibility, or recovery training (preferably).

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in leading group fitness classes, particularly focused on low-impact or recovery workouts.

Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to class participants.

Physical Fitness: Must be fit and capable of performing the movements in the FLOW class.

Availability: Must be available to teach on Sundays, with flexibility for varying class times based on demand.
Qualifications:
- Preferably has experience working in a fitness or wellness environment.
- Must have group training experience (or show us you can excel at it).
- Energetic, attentive, and great with people.
- Deep understanding of functional movement and recovery science.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Able to be on your feet and lead classes throughout the duration of each workout.
Certifications:
- Nationally accredited current fitness certifications (such as NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA).
- Must maintain CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
